The Heat got even more bad news after suffering a 95-91 Game 3 loss Saturday.
The team announced Sunday that center Hassan Whiteside suffered a sprained MCL in his right knee.

The injury occurred early in the second quarter of Saturday's game. Whiteside had already been battling a right thigh bruise and a sprained right knee. Although X-rays in the locker room were negative, Whiteside did not return to the game.
The Heat listed Whiteside's status as day to day, certainly jeopardizing his status for at least Monday's game in Miami.
