A Pan Am Games manager says in a lawsuit that she was sexually harassed by David Peterson, a former Ontario premier and chairman of the 2015 competition’s organizing committee. The woman, Ximena Morris, 34, who filed her claim in Ontario Superior Court on Thursday, alleges a history of flirtatious remarks that escalated to unwanted hugs, sexually tinged remarks and public humiliation. The lawsuit says that when she complained to human resources and senior officials, she was first told to “let it roll off your back” and then was demoted.
