Greg Biffle saved the best for last in Sprint Cup qualifying Friday afternoon at Daytona International Speedway.
Going out as the final driver in the final round of qualifying, Biffle posted a speed of 192.955 mph to earn the pole for the Coke Zero 400 Powered by Coca-Cola.
It's the Roush Fenway Racing driver's 13th career pole, but his first since 2012. He'll be seekng his first win since 2013 in Saturday night's race.
"It means a lot to us. What means more is all these other teams coming up and congratulating us," Biffle told NBC Sports afterward.
