San Francisco 49ers tight end George Kittle apparently never gave much thought to the possibility of arguably the greatest quarterback of all time joining his team.
Kittle discussed the offseason chatter withMike Florioof Pro Football Talkthat Tom Brady would join the reigning NFC champions and said he never took it "seriously":
"It is what it is. People talk. There's nothing else to talk about. It's nothing that I took seriously. Jimmy G is my quarterback, and he's one hell of a quarterback. We don't get to the Super Bowl without him.
