Leslie Charleson’s cause of death has been revealed.
On Wednesday, Feb. 12, the County of Los Angeles Department of Medical Examiner determined the longest-tenured General Hospital cast member died from "sequelae of blunt head trauma,” a condition caused by a previous head injury, according to online records viewed by PEOPLE.
