It's been 280 days since we last enjoyed a full Saturday slate of college football games, so it's understandable if fans at Auburn and West Virginia and Notre Dame are a little excited. And certainly a little pessimism might be setting in at Texas or Washington or Penn State. But the thing is, we really shouldn't read too much into one week of games. Week 1 has a way of being deceptive.
