Florida State running back Mario Pender was arrested Saturday and booked on charges of domestic violence by strangulation and resisting an officer without without violence.
The fifth-year senior was arrested by Tallahassee police and placed in Leon County Jail, according to county records. His bond was set at $500 for resisting arrest — according to a report from FSUNews.com — but reportedly did not reflect his charge of domestic violence.
