A Nashville jury on Friday found former Vanderbilt football player Cory Batey guilty of aggravated rape in a retrial concerning a 2013 incident that allegedly involved three of his teammates and an unconscious woman.
According to the Tennessean, the jury at the weeklong trial found Batey guilty on three charges of aggravated rape and two counts of aggravated sexual battery, as well as several less severe but related charges.
