Former USC and Oakland Raiders quarterback Todd Marinovich has been charged after he was found naked in an Irvine, Calif., backyard.
Marinovich, 47, was charged Tuesday with attempted aggravated trespass of a residence, trespassing, public nudity and possessing methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia, the Los Angeles Times reported. Each of the counts are misdemeanors.
He also faces another charge for marijuana possession.
Marinovich could face up to three years in jail if he is convicted of all charges. He was arrested Aug. 19 after he was discovered trying to pry open the sliding glass door of the Irvine residence.
