Former Pittsburgh Steelers CB Patrick Peterson is retiring after a legendary 13 year career in the NFL—and according to Adam Schefter, he will do so as an Arizona Cardinal on Monday.
Peterson was drafted by the Cardinals with the fifth overall pick in the 2011 NFL Draft and has accumulated accolade after accolade ever since—including eight Pro Bowl selections, three First-Team All-Pro selections, as well as being selected to the NFL 2010's All-Decade team.
In his first 10 seasons in the league, all with Arizona, Peterson was responsible for 28 interceptions, one pick-six, and two forced fumbles—as well as function as an incredible return specialist, accumulating 1,816 punt return yards and 4 TDs.
