The charges stem from an October hit-and-run accident in which Coleman's Dodge Ram truck collided with the back of a Honda Civic. The 56-year-old driver of the Civic suffered a broken collarbone after his car flipped over as a result of the accident.
Coleman, 25, then left the scene on foot and was later found by police, who conducted a field sobriety test.
