Former NFL quarterback Jack Trudeau will spend three days in an Indiana jail after pleading guilty Monday to a pair of charges stemming from a traffic stop last summer.
Trudeau, 53, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated and intimidating an officer, both Class A misdemeanors, according to court records. A Boone County judge sentenced him to a year in jail and a year of probation but allowed Trudeau to spend only five days behind bars, with two of them already served, the Indianapolis Star reports.
Police stopped Trudeau for a traffic violation in July 2015 and administered a breath test that registered a blood-alcohol content of 0.
