Former NBA guard Steve Francis, the No. 2 overall pick in the 1999 NBA Draft, faces multiple charges, including a felony, after he was arrested Saturday night in Houston, KHOU.com reported.
Francis, 39, has been charged with felony retaliation for allegedly threatening a police officer after being stopped for speeding, according to The Associated Press. He also faces a misdemeanor DWI charge, as well as a charge for possession of marijuana.

According to TMZ Sports, Francis was "verbally abusive" to an officer and threatened to get revenge for being arrested.
