Five years to the month, his heart weighed heavy in O'Fallon, Mo., as he tried to comprehend what was happening in Haiti.

"It's a very helpless feeling," McClellan said. "I just kept thinking about those that live in the most remote places who might not even know what was heading their way. All you can do is hope for the best and get relief down there."
For the former relief pitcher and spot-starter with the Cardinals and Rangers, the concern for those in the Caribbean country is personal.
