Former Florida State quarterback Wyatt Sexton was arrested Thursday in Leon County, Florida, and charged with domestic assault, the Tallahassee Democrat reports .
Details are scant, but an online booking report shows Sexton, 32, was charged with simple domestic assault, a misdemeanor. He was scheduled to appear before a judge Friday morning.
Sexton was involved in a bizarre incident in June 2005 in which he jumped on cars, yelled at neighbors, lay down in the street and proclaimed himself to be God. He was pepper sprayed by police officers but not arrested, and was taken to the hospital.
