Former Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Roddy White tweeted on Wednesday that he was pulled over and felt threatened by the officer in question during a recent traffic stop.
White also tweeted that the officer put his hand on his weapon while approaching the car, which caused the former Pro Bowler to fear for his safety.
This officer got out his car and immediately unbutton his his strap on his gun and put his hand on his gun and came to my car wit his hand

White said he didn't believe it was necessary for the officer to grab his gun during a "routine traffic stop.
