A former Browns ticket office employee was indicted by a grand jury Thursday for allegedly embezzling more than $88,000 from the team.
Justin Smith, 26, pleaded not guilty to stealing money from the team over an eight-month period, according to Cleveland TV station WJW.

Smith allegedly took money from a special fund for Personal Seat Licenses (PSLs). He faces fourth-degree felony charges for grand theft.
According to a Berea (Ohio) police report, Smith allegedly made refunds from one PSL account, transferred that money to another account and then conducted a refund to one of his five credit cards, with a total of 46 transactions.
