Jahki Howard was the first player from Auburn's Final Four team to enter his name into the transfer portal, and has now become the first player to announce his transfer destination.
According to Joe Tipton of On3, Howard will remain in the Power Five by transferring to Utah.
Howard signed with Auburn as a four-star forward out of Overtime Elite in Atlanta, Georgia, by way of Boston, Massachusetts. He committed to Auburn the same day as guard Tahaad Pettiford on Nov. 8, 2023, although he never made the same impact as Pettiford on the floor.
