If Florida State wants a spot in the College Football Playoff, the Seminoles will have to start the journey without presumptive starting quarterback Sean Maguire.
Maguire, a fifth-year senior, arrived at Saturday’s practice with a walking boot on his right foot. After practice, coach Jimbo Fisher said the injury will require surgery and keep the quarterback out about four to six weeks, Warchant.com reported.
