Former FIFA general secretary Jerome Valcke is banned from soccer activities 12 years.
The adjudicatory chamber of FIFA's Ethics Committee removed Valcke, 55, from his position last month as a formal investigation opened into allegations of misconduct.

Though Valcke denied the claims, the investigatory chamber found him guilty of several breaches of FIFA regulations, including general rules of conduct, confidentiality and the offering and accepting of gifts.
"Amongst other things, the adjudicatory chamber found that a sports marketing firm had gained an undue advantage from the selling of FIFA World Cup tickets," a FIFA statement confirmed.
