A class-action lawsuit filed Tuesday in federal court seeks reimbursement of the remaining value of personal seat licenses (PSLs) for Rams fans who held season tickets at the Edward Jones Dome in St. Louis.

The suit also seeks damages for St. Louis County resident Ronald McAllister, who spent $1,000 each for two licenses, in 1995 and 2005, and also purchased tickets to all 172 regular-season and playoff games.
