Tom Brady’s missing jersey from Super Bowl LI has been found, but the mystery about how it disappeared is still unsolved.
The chief of the Houston Police Department, Art Acevedo, said the jersey, which was reported missing after the Super Bowl in Houston in February, had been recovered in Mexico with the help of the F.B.I. and Mexican authorities.
The N.F.L., the New England Patriots, the F.B.I. and other law enforcement agencies said they located not only the jersey Brady wore in Super Bowl LI, but also another one, missing for two years, that was worn by Brady at Super Bowl XLIX in Glendale, Ariz.
