James Paxton was dealt his first loss of the season after he was tagged for eight hits and four earned runs with just three strikeouts over four innings. Paxton allowed a two-run jack to Josh Donaldson which was just his second dinger surrendered on the season.
Finally recovered from his injury woes, Josh Donaldson had a stellar six-game road trip. He went 9-for-21 with two homers, two doubles and six RBI. Donaldson is slashing .317/.417/.683 over 82 at-bats on the season and finally looks to be living up to his billing as a top-flight fantasy player.
