Falcons assistant Bryan Cox will apologize to the Cardinals scout he pushed Friday night during player interviews at the NFL Scouting Combine in Indianapolis, the fiery former NFL player said.
"I intend to apologize to the young man for the incident that happened [Friday] night during the interview process," Cox, 48, said in a statement issued to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. "It shouldn't have happened."

According to Pro Football Talk, the Falcons were interviewing an unidentified player, and the scout was waiting to escort the player to the Cardinals' interview room.
