Jarryd Hayne has been selected to Fiji's rugby squad for the last round of the World Sevens Series, the London Sevens, handing his Olympic dream a potential boost.
Hayne left Australia's National Rugby League in 2014 to pursue a career in the NFL with the 49ers but found his opportunities limited.
Earlier this month, Hayne announced his retirement from American football, confirming his intention to play for the Fiji sevens at the upcoming Rio Olympics.
