Jack Harvey, Josef Newgarden and Spencer Pigot have all collected the wall during practice this week in preparation for next Sunday’s Indianapolis 500.
All drivers were checked and released from the infield care center.
Harvey was the first to meet the wall during Monday’s practice session at the 2.5-mile Indianapolis Motor Speedway when he had a low-speed collision in Turn 2. Harvey was on his out lap and reported that his No. 50 Andretti Autosport Honda just didn’t want to turn.
