Erin Andrews' peephole-video trial against hotel begins

Jury selection in Fox Sports reporter Erin Andrews' negligence lawsuit against a Marriott Hotel in Nashville began Monday as she seeks $75 million in the case related to her being videotaped in the nude as she changed clothes, the Tennesseean reported.

In her 2010 lawsuit, Andrews accuses the Nashville Marriott at Vanderbilt University of allowing David Barrett, who was 50 at the time, to book rooms next to hers in 2008, rig peepholes and videotape her in the nude. Andrews, who worked for ESPN at the time, was in Nashville to cover Vanderbilt football.
