Erin Andrews will be in a Nashville courtroom next week to settle her civil suit against Marriott hotels after she was filmed changing clothes without her consent.
The Fox Sports personality's trial against the hotel chain is scheduled to start Monday, in which she is seeking $75 million for negligence, infliction of emotional distress and invasion of privacy, USA Today reported.

Andrews is suing Marriott International, Nashville Marriott at Vanderbilt University, Windsor Capital Group and David Barrett. Andrews claims the hotel and others allowed Barrett, then 50, to create peepholes and video her changing clothes while she was in town for a 2008 Vanderbilt football game.
