When the Giants drafted Eli Apple in the first round of the 2016 NFL Draft, he instantly became a huge star. So did his mother, Annie Apple, who has become very entertaining. When the Giants situation with Josh Brown unraveled, Annie spoke out against Giants owner John Mara, providing some heat on Twitter in his direction.
Apple, herself a domestic violence survivor, said she didn't condone the decision to keep Brown on the roster.
