Carl Edwards has one thing on his mind this weekend at Texas.
He badly needs a win after a disappointing performance at Martinsville. His bad day got worse when he slammed into the wall late in the Goody's Fast Relief 500. Edwards ended up 23 laps down and limped home 36th, his worse finish of the season.
Now, he must find a way to dig out of the bottom of the Sprint Cup standings at Sunday's AAA Texas 500.
"We really got one goal at Texas and that is to win the race," Edwards said earlier this week.
