Earl Wolff Reportedly Kidnapped by Gunmen, Released Unharmed

Former Philadelphia Eagles and current Jacksonville Jaguars practice squad safety Earl Wolff was reportedly kidnapped by a group of men south of Fayetteville, North Carolina, on Feb. 23 before he was released unharmed, according to the Fayetteville Observer's Thomas Pope.

"We don't know how long he was kidnapped," Fayetteville police spokesman Antoine Kincade said, per Pope. "But it was a short period of time."

Since Wolff was released, Jaguars Senior Manager of Public Relations Tad Dickman has tweeted that the safety is "doing well, mentally and physically."
