The lawsuit asks the court to vacate penalties against Johnson.

The NFL suspended Johnson in September for testing positive for a banned PED. The 10-game suspension was upheld after an appeal, and Johnson served the suspension beginning in Week 5.
According to a copy of the complaint obtained by MMQB’s Albert Breer, Johnson's attorney, Stephen Zashin, claims that under the league's and union's 2015 PED policy, Johnson's hearing required three arbitrators, but only two were used.
