Eagles sign Stephen Tulloch, ending linebacker's unusual offseason

Stephen Tulloch's arduous offseason finally came to a close Sunday when he agreed to a one-year deal with the Philadelphia Eagles.

Tulloch, 31, was told he was going to be cut by his former team, the Detroit Lions, earlier this offseason, but they waited forever to finally pull the trigger. He had since been linked with a move to Philadelphia for over a month, and finally signed a deal Sunday worth $3 million, according to Pro Football Talk, with $1.75 million fully guaranteed.

Tulloch's agent, Drew Rosenhaus, confirmed the signing.
