Carson Wentz didn't get his Philadelphia Eagles tenure off to a good start when he fractured his ribs in their preseason opener, but the No. 2 overall pick in this year's draft is back to practicing.
Though the rookie is still listed as day-to-day and likely won't see the field for at least another week or two, Eagles head coach Doug Pederson confirmed Saturday that Wentz has resumed throwing.

"We'll test him with some throwing (Saturday)," Pederson said, via NFL.com. "But I'm not going to rush him back.
