Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Kenny Pickett is questionable to return to Sunday's matchup against the Dallas Cowboys.

The team announced that he has a rib injury. NFL Network's Mike Garafolo noted that Pickett "seems to be headed toward the X-ray room."

With Pickett and usual start Jalen Hurts out, the Eagles turned to Tanner McKee under center.

Pickett was traded from the Pittsburgh Steelers to the Philadelphia Eagles in March following his poor handling after the Black and Gold's signing of veteran quarterback Russell Wilson, Gerry Dulac of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reported at the time.
