Driver in crash that killed Monty Williams' wife had meth in system

The driver of a vehicle that struck an automobile driven by the wife of Thunder assistant coach Monty Williams, resulting in both women's deaths, had methamphetamine in her system, according to a lab report released Thursday by the Oklahoma State medical examiner.

Susannah Donaldson, 52, lost control of her SUV on Feb. 9; the SUV collided with Ingrid Williams' vehicle. The deadly impact occurred as Donaldson was going 78 mph in an area of Oklahoma City where the speed limit is 40 mph.
