Call him Blick. It's much easier than saying Drew Blickensderfer. Also call him crew chief for Richard Petty Motorsports' signature Sprint Cup car.
In its latest in-season change, RPM promoted Blickensderfer to crew chief of the No. 43 car. That Ford carrying the number used by team owner Richard Petty in his unparalleled stock car racing career.
Blick replaces, Trent Owens, who was reassigned, according to Tuesday's announcement. Blickensderfer will run Aric Amirola's crew the remaining 10 races this season.
