Joey Bosa rejected what the Chargers claimed was their "best offer," and it doesn't look like the No. 3 pick will be signed any time soon.
Holdouts are fairly common in the NFL, but not so much for rookies. Perhaps that's why Colts linebacker D'Qwell Jackson is telling Bosa to just get over himself, sign the contract and help out his teammates.
