The reason? The league doesn’t allow rookies to participate in team activities until their school’s academic year is over. And UCLA — where Clark played football for three years — is still finishing up its spring quarter.
Sure, Clark can look over the playbook and keep himself in shape. But until his school finishes the quarter June 10, he won’t be eligible to practice at Green Bay.
