A federal judge on Tuesday dismissed former Clippers owner Donald Sterling's lawsuit against the NBA and other parties involved in the sale of the franchise.
The decision came almost a year after the NBA asked the federal courts to throw out Sterling's suit, which was originally filed in 2014 and amended last March to include as defendants the last two NBA commissioners, Adam Silver and David Stern; Sterling's wife, Rochelle; and two doctors who found him mentally incapable of continuing his duties as Clippers owner.
