A Dodgers prospect who shares a name with the reported Dallas police shooter took to Twitter on Friday to let followers know he is alive.
Micah Drew Johnson, 25, an infielder with Triple-A Oklahoma City, wanted to reassure fans that he was not 25-year-old Micah Xavier Johnson of Mesquite, Texas, who on Friday was identified as a gunman in the shootings.

According to his player page, Dodgers prospect Johnson was 2-for-5 on Thursday while playing in Oklahoma City against Omaha in a Pacific Coast League game.
