CHICAGO (AP) — The Arizona Diamondbacks shuffled their bullpen on Saturday.
They recalled right-handed pitcher Drey Jameson and selected righties J.P. Feyereisen and Juan Morillo from Triple-A Reno. The three were available against the Cubs at Wrigley Field.
The Diamondbacks also placed lefty A.J. Puk on the 15-day injured list with left elbow inflammation retroactive to Friday and designated infielder Grae Kessinger for assignment.
Arizona had optioned left-hander Joe Mantiply and right-hander Bryce Jarvis to Reno following Friday’s 13-11 loss at Chicago.
Jameson is 0-0 with a 2.70 ERA in seven games with Reno. He's pitched in 19 games in the majors in 2022 and 2023 with the Diamondbacks, going 6-1 with a 2.
