Dez Bryant, confined to the sideline for much of the Dallas Cowboys' impressive 5-1 start, is ready to rejoin the party.
Entering the bye week on a high note, the star wide receiver plans to return from a three-game absence in Week 8 when the Cowboys host the Philadelphia Eagles.
"(You) don't have to ask me anymore: I'm good ... playing against Philly," Bryant declared to NFL Network while coming off the field Sunday following Dallas' most convincing win yet — a wire-to-wire 30-16 decision over the Green Bay Packers at Lambeau Field.
Bryant, who suffered a hairline fracture in his right knee Week 3, practiced on a limited basis and was considered a game-time decision leading into Sunday, but he and the Cowboys opted to take a more cautious route and use the bye week to ensure he makes a healthy return.
