Deshone Kizer to Be Named Browns' Starting QB over Brock Osweiler, Cody Kessler

The Cleveland Browns appear to be set to announce on Sunday that Deshone Kizer will be the team's starting quarterback for their Week 1 game against the Pittsburgh Steelers on Sept. 10, according to Mary Kay Cabot of Cleveland.com.

Kizer beat out Brock Osweiler and Cody Kessler in the team's QB competition.

"I feel comfortable with him,'' head coach Hue Jackson said after the third preseason game, per Cabot. "He has the right feel for me and for what I'm looking for." Jackson added, "I need to talk to all of our guys and be very forthcoming and upfront with the guys about where we are.
