Deontay Wilder's latest WBC heavyweight title defense in Russia may be put on hold — or canceled — after his opponent allegedly tested positive for drugs.

Wilder's opponent, Russian Alexander Povetkin, has reportedly tested positive for meldonium, just a week ahead of their scheduled title fight in Moscow on May 21. It was the same substance that women's tennis star Maria Sharapova tested positive for.
