Miller was franchise-tagged by Denver before free agency but has yet to sign his $14 million one-year tender, looking for a more lucrative long-term contract averaging more than $20 million a season. Ware thinks Miller deserves the kind of elite deal that would make him the highest-paid defensive player in the game.
