Colledge, 34, started 137 games in his nine-year career with the Green Bay Packers, Arizona Cardinals and Miami Dolphins.
At one point in his career, he started 122 straight games. He earned a championship ring with the Green Bay Packers in their Super Bowl XLV triumph over the Pittsburgh Steelers.
