Pagano added the cornerback will have surgery Tuesday, per Jackson: “They’ve got to put a plate in there, so his availability for this week [vs. the Texans] is obviously in jeopardy.”
Jackson noted Sunday's game was just the second of the season for Butler, who suffered an injury in Week 2 as well.
