Jacksonville Jaguars defensive end Dante Fowler was arrested Tuesday night in St. Petersburg, Florida, on misdemeanor charges of simple battery and mischief.
According to Greg Auman of the Tampa Bay Times, Fowler was released from custody early Wednesday morning on $650 bond.
Per Auman, the arrest report said Fowler hit a man at an apartment complex after comments he made about his driving.
He also allegedly stepped on the man's glasses and threw his grocery bag in a lake.
