It was an early morning at Bristol Motor Speedway for the second Sprint Cup practice before Sunday's Food City 500, but contact between Danica Patrick and Denny Hamlin could make for a long night of adjustments for each race team.
Late in Saturday's practice, which began at 8:30 a.m. ET, Hamlin clipped Patrick while trying to pass her at the half-mile Tennessee track. While Patrick admitted her car was much slower, she claims it was Hamlin's mistake for not paying attention to her signals.
